How would they die? What if I got females instead of a male.

it doesnt matter. They are completly diffrent from the fish you have. The rams nedd a low Ph and will die because they are weak fish and need a proper Ph to keep them alive.
the ottos will be massacured. They are weak fish as well, not to mention they neeed a Ph like the ram. the clown loaches should be fine, but if they get to close to the shell of the fish they will fight back, and could kill them. The only fish that will be fine are the danios.

If you dont get the Ph high for the tangs they will die. So it is a lose lose situation.
