Sexing

Does anyone know how to sex the fish I have but don't know the sex of? Here they are:

Bumblebee Goby
Blue Opaline Gourami
Sailfin Plec
Black Widow Tetra's

For blue gourami, the male's dorsal and anal fin are more pointed than the female.

Male black widows have longer, pointier dorsals and broader anal fins. The females are deeper-bodied.

I'm not sure about the goby or pleco and the gourami's already been answered
