sexing whip tail cat fish

how do you sex these odd cat fish? We have one, and I just recently read that they are very easy to breed, and I want to know if I have a male or female. We intend to breed them, if we know how to sex them, so next time we see one we will get it.

The sides of the males head will have bristles, so if it is on the glass, look for tiny bristles from the sides of his head to the pectoral fins
