Sexing fry?

Hi all
I'm a proud new mama and was wondering when you can usually sex the fry and when to seperate them
Sorry it's my first batch so i don't know alot about it
it would be great if you can help me.

Well usually fry come mature 5-7 months you should seperate them after like a day or so Congrats

depence on the fish, but most female guppies can be sexauly mature at 4 weeks. I can sex them at 2 weeks, but that take exsperiance.

I had a fish give birth at 4 month old.

Just keep a close eye on them feom 4 weeks on, if in dout put in with the males, father loss one virgin female than the whole batch.

My molly on the other hand, was female for months, at anout 6 months old she/he deleoped a gonodium, other molly I had delelop at 6 weeks.

as I say depence on the fish.

I'd say as soon as you can sex them, then I would seperate them if you don't want to mess up your stock. However, if you want them as feeder fish or whatever reason where quality doesn't matter, then you can leave them all together inside the tank and let nature take it's course.

How many fry are there? Or have you not counted yet? Heh, counting fry can be tough if there are a lot.
