Severum & Parrot Fish

Hi everyone, Does any one know if a parrot fish and a gold severum could mate? I only ask because when i got up a couple a days a go i found a cluster of eggs on my bogwood maybe 50-80 some where white some a clear/tanned coulor.The parrot fish seems to be looking after them, then again there doesnt seem as many eggs now maybe half gone but the parrot only moves away at feeding time any advice on this mater would be great thanks newbie

Well its quite possible that they have tried to mate but the chances of the eggs being fertile is very slim as pretty much all blood parrots are infertile.

Thanks for ure reply michael All the eggs have gone now Have seen some great pics of discus so i think a re-stock is in order thanks michael
