Severum Breeding??

Hey, i bought the gold severum about 3 days ago to put in the tank with my red severum and tiger oscar. He was fine for the first few hours and then he started chasing my tiger oscar and him only. She was fine with the red severum. I took out the tiger oscar and started seeing some weird behavior. Picking up rocks from both fishes, female shaking head, circling. Is this breeding behavior? Ill post a video below.
 
I don't think so. Severums are pairing fish, and it usually takes a while. @Wills
 
I agree with Holden... Looks more of a hierarchy thing or aggression. Cichlids can use their body as well as their mouths to defend and attack other fish.

Are you certain of the sex on these 2? I'm unaware of any surefire way to sex severum other than to let them pair.

I've heard of a color pattern near their gills, but I have not personally observed that.
