Ok now that I have my discus, I am contemplating my next move, which will be a 150 gallon oddball tank. Heres some of the fish I want to stock it with...

so basically the majority of fish will come from the same store. They are great oddballs IMO, and will cost about 600 dollars in all.

Cool stuff clearly you like your knifes...
Is that a duck/duckbill knife?
And a fowleri catfish, nice choice.

None have scientific names except for the catfish which has been posted. The other ones are so new or rare that the site hasn't found their names out yet and has given them their own names.

O and the plecos are Sultan, King Tiger, and Goldie Plecos. I'll post their scientific names later.

your pictures are really really big. lol. nice fishes. yeah they'd cost a bombb

the first knife looks like Steatogenys duidae

Pic one is a Steatogenys sp. I think maybe duidae like has been said?

Pic two, Sternarchorhamphus sp. maybe oxyrhynchus or muelleri?

I could easily be wrong and wouldn't be surprised if I was :)

Omgosh!!! What beautiful fish they are!! :]] I am so so looking forward to hearing about them! I hope I can stock my future tank with rare ones like those!! I love it! <33 Keep us posted!

Those fish look lovely. Keep us updated. :good:

Geeze, that Albino Amazon Dolphin (4th pic) will grow to 3.5' long (saw it in an Amazon program on the Discovery Channel) and require very, very specialized care (near perfect water conditions, very strict diet, ect.), not to mention the fact that it's $400 and a very difficult fish to keep. I wouldn't recommend keeping it with that Orange Cat (the catfish), as they are pigs. All the other fish look great, by the way! :good: hope you get the tank! That Pinta Knife (1st pic) is gorgeous! I might get one for the 75 I'm setting up!

Good Luck with the tank!
