Serious Question About Tropical Fish Illness

Guys my mate has tropical fish and 3 of them have white spots on their gills and fins, 1 of them is really bad, another fish always sits at the bottom of the tank under the heater, havey breathing gill movement-velet.

He told me that he has treated them with reitaliser tonic today.

He is worried that they might not servive.

Also he tells me that his wood as green hair things that look like mold and i'm wondering if it is alge the bad stuff??

Much is appriciated people as much help is needed to help my mate treat his tropical fish.

theres no reason why they shouldnt survive as long as you complete the course wilst not adding other medecines at the same time...make sure you do esactly as it states on container.....whats the temp at try to raise it abit should help not drastic 1c a day to aound 28c but rem once course finishs turn down again to around 25c
