On the very first page of this thread, it says : 
 
The September competition will close for entries and nominations on ~ 15th September 2014.
 
So that means entries will close on the 15th and the voting will commence on the same day and voting will close on the 28th of the month and the winner will be announced on same day on 28th
 
This is the same for every competition of the month, every month.
(or at least we try to, sometimes things will get delayed to unforeseen circumstances)

Afraid SeanTrollope cannot enter this month's FoTM as he has not been a member long enough, need to be a member for at least 60 days.
