Hi All

I currently have some fish for sale on Ebay and I have been asked by someone in Ohio US if I am able to ship to him. I don't really want to do this as I am guessing it would be quite costly to send overseas and I'm not sure what the lagalities are. The fish in question are a breeding pair of Dwarf snakeheads and he has offered me good money and will pay whatever the shipping costs are. I am aware that snakeheads are banned in some states however it is apparently only illegal to keep them but not to trade in them. Or so he tells me. Any ideas anyone?

Also does anyone know of any "Express Services" which I could use and what exactly I would need packaging wise if i were to go ahead!

Thanks

Andy

only sell to ppl in ur own country. u may end up requiring an export or import license (well i doubt u would need the import one, but the buyer might), to check the countries or states noxious species list and etc.

otherwise i suggest u talk to the appropriate bureaucrats (of both countries no doubt) or get a solicitor who knows about these things

Don't do it.

Snakeheads have been added to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service's injurious wildlife list (Current Injurious Wildlife Species List ). Under this regulation, the importation into the United States and transportation across state lines are illegal .

Can't get any more clear than that.
