Just like to add, packaging wise, when you send shrimp you should include something in the bag for them to cling too (ie, a bit of java moss), as otherwise they can get bashed about, and also theres a term which I can't remember - Zoned or something like that, where they've had nothing to cling to so it sorta screws them up
