Hi. Have a 300 ltr discus tank with an eheim pro3 as my main filter. Bought a second hand eheim 2224 off ebay with a view to putting polishing media in it. Arrived damaged around the seal, but repaired it. Bought an eheim UV, but when I hooked it all up the 2224 sprung a leak, couldn't fix it. Been offered a TMC pro power filter 400 off my lfs for £50. Anyone used one? Are they any good? Not heard of them before. Thanks.

They're not bad. Not particularly mainstream but nice enough filters.

Thanks. Just wanted to check I wasn't buying a "donkey" so to speak. As I said, never heard of them before. Familiar with eheims fluval, Aqua one, Rena etc. So you've put my mind at ease.
