Seachems, Which One Or Both?

Hi
Need a bit of advise regarding seachems flourish tabs and seachems flourish excel. Can I use both in my tank or do I need just one of them? I'm not sure if they provide the same things for plants so thought I'd check before ordering.

You can use both together as they're 2 different things.

The tabs are all the trace elements and excel is a source of CO2, all of which are good for plant growth.
