any suggestions on a new skimmer a good, long term, quality skimmer, that wont break the bank. i just need function and stashability. i'm going to use it as a hang on tank.

Coralife Superskimmer. Takes a little while to break it in, but once broken in, runs like a charm.

soz didnt realize you were in the states. that means you have much much much more choice

ok, i have a 55 gal BIGBOX store tank. what model of said superskimmer would be best the 65 gal or the 125 gal skimmer? there is only a $34.00 difference between the two.

The 125 for sure. Overskimming is always the way to go.
