I still have my EI mixes, do you think I should start them on this tank?

Yeah, let me have a look at it first before you go mixing ferts and stuff.

EI in a low-tech tank isn't a bad thing. If the planting is dense, they may well be running out of food.

just saw the video of this on youtube when i was searching asian biotopes, looks amazing. ive been thinking of making my new tank asian themed. cant wait to see some new pics so hurry up and find that camera :lol:
 
Use your Desire. I got some great pics from my tanks once i messed around with the settings a little.
 
Have a play with the settings, seriously, i got some cracking photo's off of mine. The standard setting is pants.
 
Just ordered some crypt parva to replace the helferi. :hyper: Will put the helferi in donations, unless anyone snaps it up first?

Found my camera while tidying up too so shall take some piccies tonight :good:

Helferi. As I said, it's not unhealthy, just leggy and seems to have shrunk. This is what I'll replace with the parva.

And when in Home Bargains the other day I noticed one of these on sale for the grand total of 69p :D so this shall be used for the Silver Queen I hope.
