Scottish Newbie - Please Be Gentle!

Hi all, I live in Ayrshire and care for 3 tropical tanks - 1 86l 2 x 190l. I've been fishkeeping for over 2 years now and would like to chat with other Scottish fishmad folk. I am particularly fond of corydoras - my hastatus have just spawned!! I keep a red tiger oscar, guppies, golden apple snails, cameroon shrimp, japonicus, tiger plecs, zebra danios, sterbae, hastatus and a bulldog plec. And that's just my 86l tank. (Kidding!) So, big 'hi' to y'all, hope to chat soon.

I live in East Ayrshire, not far from Ayr & Kilmarnock - I usually buy my fish @ Dobbies in Ayr.

There's a pet shop in the town where I live that sells dyed fish , so I'm trying to talk the owner out of it - I've given him some literature from Practical Fishkeeper magazine, so hopefully the promise of a free online listing'll make him think about it.

It was so sad..... when I asked him about 'em (albino corys half-dyed purple), he said he thought it was colour enhancing food that caused it..........don't know what to do - any advice?
