Hi CluelessScot :)

I like glowlight tetras too.

Of course, there are also some nicely colored corydoras, which school very well. :D

Hi all,

I have 12 neons at the moment and they are ace, kinda the reason im looking for a new schooling fish :)

What kinda Corys are they inchworm? they look really nice!! Was thinking of adding another 4 peppered but they look nice

Zebra danios were way too active and kinda stressed the rams :(

Glowlight tetras... only ever saw these in groups of 3 or 4 :( anyone got a pic of a largish group of them??

Kev :)

What about Lampeyes? They are not that colourful as the rest of the Killifish but are quite attractive.

Hi CluelessScot :)

From the top down they are: C. aeneus goldlines (similar to orange lazer but more yellow) C. seussi (gosseis look like them but have a round nose) and C. aeneus green lazer.

There are many corys that have good color, but they tend to be seasonal or not readily available in the lfs. C. sterbai is often found, and is as pretty as can be, with its bright orange fins:

Others, not as colorful, but with nice markings, that are more often found at the lfs include the C. arcuatus or "skunk cory." Here's a picture of them with my black corys:

Other nicely marked corys include the "bandit cory." C. metae and the C. panda. While they aren't unusual colors, their markings and pink color make them interesting and either of them would be a nice contrast with your peppered corys.

:D

As 'basic' and 'common' as they are, I have to admit that a large school of neons is definitely colorful and attractive in the tank. SH
