Schistura Balteata

I've just picked up a pair of Schistura balteata, stunning fish, trying to get some photo's

Am i right in thinking that they are a hillstream loach?
no photo showing for me.

Not sure of the origins at yet but I'm keeping them cool at 72F and their look happy so far.

well i went to have alook on LOL and yes they are hillstreams but imo aslong as there is a decent flow they'll be fine. imo they are not true hilstreams. but thats just my opinion.

DEFRA are considering adding all Schistura & Nemacheilus loaches to the UKs banned import list
at the very least they will end up as a licence required fish along with pumpkinseeds and red shiners
