All them symtoms can point to bad water quality as well, not saying I don't believe you but it hard to believe that the stats are fine in that size tank with all the fish in there.
To be honest no he's in a bad way.

To be honest you need to reduce your stock.
Do a search on the fish you will be surpised how many gallons they need.

I'm not one to come in and tell someone they are overstocked, but for 30lt you have 6 BN's?..Wow. Thats alot.

I have a 65lt and have 1 BN and its prob going to be to small for him eventually.

And the shark will not like being in such a small tank.
I think its a sign to say "i'm in a crowded tank, if I die, please dont buy another shark to replace me, the same thing will happen to him".
