well, i was gonna sign it but then everyone else did so i didnt...


ONLY KIDDING!!! a very good idea! would also be nice to see this sort of thing for other stuff, such as anti-dyed fish and to try and get rid of those half litre microtanks that are too small for MT snails

i signed grudgingly. It should apply to all fish not just betta's. For example If you go into an LFS and tell them you have a ten gallon aquarium they should not sell you 2 oscars and some neons and tell you they will go well together. This is a bit extreme but you see my point.

I agree with you to that point.
However, I think that most people notice bettas because they're kept in those awful cups as opposed to being in nice big tanks, and the horrible conditions they're shipped in.

However, I do totally agree with you that all fish should really be considered for more human treatment.
