Sand/gravel

I currently have medium-large gravel in my tank at the moment but im thinking of changing to either sand, finer gravel or keeping what i have. The fish i have are mollies, platys a couple of Garra Rufa and 2 flying fox. Basically most of my fish are bottom feeders. I also have a couple of dwarf frogs. What do you think i should have in the bottom. Also would this send my tank into a cycle if i changed

I've just changed my gravel to a sand/gravel mixture for my Rams & Plec.

It shouldn't send your tank into a cycle as most of your bacteria are in the filter so as long as you keep your filter moist (keep it in tank water when you change over) then you should be fine.

I've got a topic called "What Substrate" that I'm going to add a picture to soon. However, the rest of the tank looks at bit baron as I'm waiting to get some plants!
