salt?

when u are first introducing fish is salt good to give the fish a bath how long should the fish be in there?

it would largely depend on the fish. you do not want to give any scaleless fish salt baths eg:loaches, tetras, catfish, etc. not very good for them. platy's, mollies, swordtails and other livebearers deal with salt pretty well, actually prefer it (brackish conditions)
