Am currently using reef crystals salt but at the momennt my LFS has an amazing deal on seachem salt that i dont appear to be able to beat online, just wondered if anyone has any input as to weather this stuff is any good as the reef crystals seem to be fine and ive never used seachem.

I've never heard anything bad about it. Im sure it's fine. If it's not a HUGE sale then I wouldnt bother switching brands unless you're unhappy with your current mix. If it aint broke dont fix it.

I'm currently using seachems reef salt but am not too happy with it as it just wont get me a high enough pH, its a constant 7.8. Both my lfs use reef crystals in all their tanks and their water is crystal clear, so I am also planning on chamhging over to reef crystals as of my next water change.

IMO stick with reef crystals especially if your not having any probs with your water!

20kg seachem £35 v 25kg reef crystals £52 the seachem seems to be very cheap but still dont think reef crystals is over priced, may give seachem a go.

I say stick with the reef crystals, but then again you may get even better results using seachems as it may affect your tank differently...

am tempted at that price to give it a go still not quite decided though but thanks for you input

Well how about give it a go as its going cheap and if it dont quite take your fancy then you can change back over to your current RC ;)
