Salt to Fresh

I'm in the process of cleaning my 125. It was used for saltwater before and I'm converting it over to fresh. Is bleach the best way to go? Would vinegar work and be ok for the fish? Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated as well.

Vinegar is the assured best way to go. Bleach is fine so long as you are positive without a doubt every drop that goes in will evaporate and not be hidden in a nook or cranny somewhere along the seams of the tank.

For sure go with vinegar! I just got done doing the same thing as you are, but with my 55 gallon. I used vinegar and it worked great! I just wouldn't take the chance with using bleach.
