salt and my cons

should i put some aquarium salt in my cons tank their is also red bellys in with them

a little salt wont hurt the cons but is only really needed when injuries or scrapes occur. I don't know about the reb bellys, what are they?
Adding salt will buffer the pH so it is higher, so if the red bellys like acid or soft water i would avoid adding salt.
