it has to be cyanoacrylate iTHINK, dont quote me, but i think everything else they use for glues that arent cyanoacrylate is poisonous or at least harmful to aquatic organisms

I used araldite (exopy) once upon a time and that was ok

epoxy putty isnt technically glue though so i didnt count it

also marine tanks are very different to freshwater so i didnt count something that was used regularly by marines because i didnt know anything about it

Hmmm, I need to use this ideally ad the bond is so strong but I'm not sure. Thing is I used it to build my pico external filter but I don't have stock in the pico just plants.

try it and run it for a while, changing water regularly, maybe take water to lfs for tests for things that we dont usually test for?

Silicone sealant once set is pretty safe (with no mold inhibitors) - Unless it's a convenience issue you have.

Well I wanna glue some wood together bit it's intricate so a glue gun would be ideal but I'm unsure now.

Used Glue gun in the end, I used it an external filter and no probs so why not lol.

I use a glue gun occasionally on my model building but find over a period of time it breaks down and drops to bits, so be careful.
