Hello,

How much should Rummy Nose Tetra cost?

I went into one of my LFS today and they were about £2.30 (if memory serves) with something like 4 for £5.

This guy is cheap for some things and dear for others.

Is this good?

4 Rummynose tetra for £5 is very cheap. My LFS sell Rummynoses £1.75 each but they don't do deals.

I think I paid £2.95 each for mine I think, I got 6 so meh quite expensive but the shop is quite good. It's a shame about the fact his platys ALWAYS die within a week.

Threadcropsy, though what is everyone paying for the average type of tetra?

The only place I found which had bleeding heart wanted £4 each, which felt rather extortionate.

Have you considered contacting "VickiandKev" about getting you some Rummynose from Fareham, http/www.wholesale.../price_list.htm ? I think they are travelling to Bournemouth to drop off some lovely L183 plecs to "EliseW" this week, so they may be planning a visit to Wholesale Tropicals on the way back home anyway.

Now if this trip happens before their trip to Scotland, could work nicely for you to meet them!
