Rubbing

My neon Tetra is rubbing against objects (no white spots on him/her tho)
and has become very aggressive.

Also another has a white lump on the lip.
I have tried so many treatments.

Fungus/Finrot and methylene blue and white spot treatment,

Its not a tumor as 2 more have it now

and I cant get a picture neither.

If you google the term 'gill flukes', does that sound likely?

stop droping potions in and monitor the situation for a while panic kills fish

I have not put anything in for a while and this has been like it has now for a month.
Im not just throwing stuff in,

I just searched about gull fluke And I don't think it's that.

Ok, so if it's not flukes it could be velvet. Have a good look at your fish, do they appear to covered with a fine layer of dust?

No layer of dust,
its really weird.
there is no rapid breathing or any other signs apart from rubbing (seems to have calmed down)
And a lump on the mouth (looks like a white/clear lump fairly small)but treated it with no effect. (thought fungal)

My only guess now is to try a bacterial treatment maybe.. I have tried Meth and (ruined my silicone) again with no luck
