Well after about my 10th time sending fish with them, today i went in and they told me i can no longer send through them and told me its illeagal to send fish via them?

Anyone else been turned away by their local post office ?

looks like ill be using a courier from now on but it means its going to be a little more exspensive than the royal mail was

The post office description of fry and ours are very different, by the term "fry" they mean fish in their larval stage which are barely more than eggs with tails, by the time "fry" are ready for sale they are already juvinile fish and minature versions of the adults.

It is against the post office rules to send fish or any other live vertabrate animals through Royal Mail and also against their rules to send liquids. Not only this but since by their own rules there should not be any live animals in the parcels they will not show any level of care toward the package so is it really worth saving those few pounds by sending fish illegally rather than using a dedicated courier?

How do they expect people to send fry if they're not allowed to post them in water??? :S
