Rowaphos

Hi all.

Just been to my lfs and bought some rowaphos, at the moment suffering from hair algae. My question is how much do i need to use in a orca 450 nano tank.

How much water does the tank have in it?

250ml of rowaphos is suitable for up to 1000 litres of saltwater, i would add about 50ml to make sure it works well, I suppose it really depends on how much phosphate you have in your water, whats your test result? As far as i know you can not overadd rowaphos so 50ml should be ok. I take it your adding it to an external cannister or something?

No it will be added to the return chamber in my nano tank.

it is 250 ml for 250l-500l of saltwater depending on the amount of algie. i have a 240l tank and used 250ml of rowaphos, just do p.h checks every few days because it can drop with rowaphos. mine is working well getting good results
