Rowa Phos And Rowa Carbon

hi all, im wondering how much rowa phos and rowa carbon i should add to my system?? its a 60L tank and im planning on putting both into filter scoks and keeping in my external filter.
ive only set up the tank on saturday and although i dont have a p04 test kit id like to get tthem in before anything starts.

I would go small amounts and switch often with rowa phos. I tend to find mine clumps up quite quickly and therefore loses effeciency. Plus a smaller amount in a bigger bag is more likely to get aggitated and therefore work better.

You dont need to be running either until your cycle has finished

thanks for the info, yep yip i know im being lazy and not putting up pics . i'll get some decent pics up soon i promise though its nothing to look at just live rock and sand as its only started cycling.
