Barbs are egg layers so don't get pregnant as such.
You have a lot of fish in that tank & black moors aren't tropical fish.
Also is your tank properly cycled as you're showing no nitrates.
Someone more knowledgable than me will surely come along & advise you better

I have the male and female rosy barb for 3 years.that is first time she have that belly...

Okay there is many things wrong with this tank, first you are overstocked!

Let me go through it all for you,

The pleco will outgrow the tank eventually growing to around 24 inches, which it will not be able to obtain in your tank and will die of stunting.
The swordtails are ok.
The black moor is coldwater and does not belong in a tropical tank.
The neons are fine.
Barbs are shoaling fish and should be in groups of 6 or more.

Barbs lay eggs then the male fertilizes it, it could be egg bound.
Or it could have internal parasites.

When you look at it from above, does it look pineconed?

Also it could be bloated.

she swim weird...
i think she is bloated and i thing she have today problem to swim...
what is that???

she is feeding good. for now she is not pineconed.

Try feeding her some frozen deshelled peas.
Also you really need to rehome that pleco.

my frend toll me the pleco stop growing in my tank.-he need big tank to grow...im new in this so i dont have idea...
today i give to pleco piece of cabbage and she was going crazy after that....
the peas is just food for her or something special???

You can give all of your fish peas, it helps clear them out.
The pleco will get stunted if it already hasn't.
Yes plecos love cabbage!
The pleco will grow to around 24 inches and needs a 100 Gallon tank at least!
'Fish only grow to the size of the tank' is a myth, there external body stops growing but their internal organs keep growing causing a slow and painful death, the fish release a hormone into the water which stunts them.

The UV filter i have that cleans parasites and cleans green water in tank?
ok thanks-tomorow i give them peas.have to by shell less?

Yep thats what UV's do, although they are not really needed.
What I normally do is warm them up in the microwave in a bit of water for about 30 seconds, then de-shell them and break them up small enough for the fish to eat.
Then drop it in

I feed it to them once a week, I feed them 2 peas, broken up into bits.
Depends on the fish im feeding,

Yes you can but be sure to remove any uneaten food in the morning.
Your welcome.

Good luck
