The minimum tank size for a ropefish is a 55g, and I think the gobies would be an ideal snack for one. IDK about the platies/mollies though.

When people say ropefish can escape from tanks they mean that the sneaky critters could get out of fishy alctraz! There mustn't even be a small hole in the hood for feeding!
