Hi everybody, my names anthony and i recently purchased a RO filter from RO.com.

The filter arrived, and after plumbing it in, i have found that is hardly filters the water at all.
iv'e only got an ec pen, not a ppm, but i found a converter and these are the values im getting:

Input Water: 0.73 ec (467TDS)
Waste Water 0.87 ec (557 TDS)
Product Water 0.53 ec (339 TDS)

The filter is plumbed in exactly as the instructions said, and it seems to produce the water fine, but the water is hardly filtered at all. There is good water pressure, and i ran the system for a couple of days before taking these measurements.

Does anybody know what the problem could be?

As a thought have you turned off the membrane flushing tap?
