I don't know if any if you saw A Sense Of Space? It was my little 1 litre with DIY lighting, stand and filter. I got the hump trying to grow HC under the tree's shadow so now I've gone for a larger scale landscape scaled down which won't involve a tree.

Tank: 1 litre all glass
Substrate: Florabase topped with sand for scale purposes
Hardscape: Smashed mini landscape rock
Filter: DIY external canister 30lph
lighting: 6watt LED
Plants: Hemainthus Callitrichoides & Hemianthus Micranthemoides
Ferts: TPN+ 1/2 ml daily
CO2: Excel 1/4 ml daily

I got bored today and can't finish the scape till the kids are in bed so thought I'd start my journal early lol, should be able to upload some pics soon too as I have a laptop solution. And my iPhone is peeing me off now as I'm glued to it. Anyway it's going to be kind of a scaled down mountain scape with a stream running through hopefully, the stream being the bare sand as the rest will be covered in lush HC (hopefully). Anyway enough with the boring stuff, pics very very soon.

you better not keep us waiting to long!

Erm yeah I think so, can't see the pic lol

Right, I threw it together in about 10 mins, looks ok, gave the HM a miss as it was to big for the scape so just HC it is, pics tomorrow. :)

very nice Steve, very natural.

ps the Flickr has made a difference to your pics. :good:

Thanks guys, give it a month and it should be carpeted with HC.............hopefully.

10 mins well spent i would say
good.gif

Thanks guys, here's a quick pic to show you can get pearling from using liquid carbon and the HC spreading. :)

Any new pics of this Steve? I really wish I could find a tiny tank like that somewhere.
