Thanks Ryan. Although a Rocky tank amid planteds in a contest is sort of like comparing apples and oranges. People just love the look of plants. I'm really surprised actually that Malawi Matt's mbuna tank won by such a wide margin because there were some really gorgeous planted tanks which I was sure a majority of voters would have been attracted to.

Yeah, Chris how about it? Post tank pics! This will be fun--lets get the contests to me mostly rift-lake tanks!!! Too hard to compete with a nice planted tank, when all you got are rocks....... Death to planted, moss-ridden, algae troughs!

that's probally the nicest mbuna tank ive seen in my opinion, and i like to think ive seen alot, i used to browse the cichlid-forums tank section
