I saw Robert's Tetras in my lfs, they were described as outstanding beautiful when adult. I don't know anything about these tetras and I haven't been able to find out much about them in my books, etc.
Are they good fish to keep, easy, peaceful?
Thanx. :D

I've never kept them, never seen one in fact. The reports I've read suggest they are fairly delicate, in particular, like many characins, they are very intolerant of pollution, so low stocking and good filtration. Other then that, they seem to be in many ways a souped up version of the common Rosy Tetra in shape colour and disposition.

I saw a breeding report from Hounslow Aquarists Society.

Roberts Tetra (Hyphessobrycon robertsi)
Do a Google search on the latin name
Hope this was of some help

Thank you for the help. I wasn't having much success with 'Roberts Tetra' searches! :/
