Just bought a beautiful betta just before christmas, now found him dead this morning. Can't believe it, just named him too. Hope that doesn't happen with my betta i am getting from Thailand. But I guess if the betta survives being shipped to calgary and transhipper says everything is ok, you would think that betta could survive anything. He should be in calgary by Friday and I will find out if he is ok. Transhipper said it is rare that the betta is not healthy. So now I am praying he will be ok. That is good I am planning to put him in the 10 gallon divided and not the 3 gallon.
