16 x Rummy Nosed (Hemigrammus bleheri)
5 x Macrotocinclus Affinis
2 x Mikrogeophagus Altispinosus
10 x Silver tipped Tetra
is that about right?

Comes out of the tap around 40ppm and isn't much different the last time i tested (if nitrate test kit can be believed).Got a lot of plants.Rummy's always have good colour.

That looks good. If you do a water test after a day or so, see what the levels are coming out as.
