Yes its still for sale, and comes with all the trimmings.
The only thing i would say is that it has been sat dormant for a while, so the gravel looks a bit manky and might want either a very good clean or just replacing.
Obviously the bacteria in the filter will also be long gone, but i might be able to provide some live stuff from my current tank if needed
