Everything which is going though my head.

Right Now
I have 3 tanks
One 20l (empty of fish, but plants and water are going)
One 200 (see sig)
and One 80l (see sig)

And I have 2little Platy Fry. In a large-ish for their body size breeding container.
One betta which has been in a fight with a mollie and should be able to recover peacefully now, because the mollies have gone back to the LFS. But it should gwet moved to the 20l
One very hurt finned dutch ram which is healing in the 200l tank, it had was a bully fish, but all the fish ganged up on him, even the neons helped when the other male ram and the betta got revenge. Now the fish seems quiet and recovering FAST. but maybe he should be moved to the 20l too.
And i would like to breed 2zebras.
Which ones get to go to the 20L??

But now the most pressing issue,
The 2 honey gourami(sp?). One grey one with amazing eyes and one bright orange one, that has now showing red tinges, (yes i have read up on gouramis breeding, could this be the colour change?) Well they have been dancing around the aquarium mimicking each other and swimming in a new fashion. Its really cool but i think they are getting ready to breed. Now, do i move them to the 20l?if So what do i need to do and what advice do you give?

By 20 do you mean litre or gallon?
It would be better if you could list all your tanks and under them exactly what fish are in them. All I can say for sure right now is don't put any bettas and gouramies in the same tank. Put the zebras (danios?) in the largest tank - better put the rams there too - split your bettas up in the smaller tanks and then put the gouramies together wherever the bettas are not :p They probably won't breed even if they are courting cause conditions may otherwise not be right (e.g. bubblenest broken up by strong current). You also mention neons - some bettas don't like them but it depends. Also, some neons are nippers so long-finned fish can suffer in closed-quarters. I'd therefore put them in with the gouramies instead.

edit:
Ah right I see the sig now lol... I would put the platies, rummynoses and one betta in the 80, the rams, neons (cause you have a LOT), gouramies, cories and zebras in the 200 and just one betta in the 20.
The shrimp would probably be best off in the 80. The snails can basically go anywhere but don't overcrowd them in the smallest tank. This is all assuming your tank volumes are in litres :)
