Riddle of the day

A man has to get a fox, a chicken, and a sack of corn across a river.

He has a rowboat, and it can only carry him and one other thing.

If the fox and the chicken are left together, the fox will eat the chicken.

If the chicken and the corn are left together, the chicken will eat the corn.

How does the man do it?

He takes the chicken across, drops off the chicken, goes back to the other side, takes the corn across, drops off the corn and picks up the chicken again, goes back to the first side, puts the chicken down, takes the fox across the river, drops off the fox, goes back to the first side, and takes the chicken across.

Yep!

A big black dog stood in the middle of a black road. There were no street lights above the road. An old car with broken headlights drove towards the dog but turned in time before he hit it. How did the driver see the dog in time?

Yeah. That's like the first quote in my signature.

A girl has as many brothers as sisters, but each brother has only half as many brothers as sisters. How many brothers and sisters are there in the family?

You have 10 trees.
You must plant 4 trees per row and must have 5 total rows of trees.
How is this possible?
You will need pen and paper.
