Rice grain like growths on angel

This does sound like it, although the fish seems happy enough in all other ways- except he has a bit of an on going battle with my other angel. Stress could definitely be involved. I went on holiday recently and came back to an algae problem that water changes, filter cleaning, less feeding and nerite snails are addressing - so that may be partly to blame, if the algae is decomposing as it is disappearing.
