Reverse Osmosis System

Hey guys,

I recently aquired a new tank setup and along with it I got a 50g 4 stage Reverse Osmosis system and booster pump, thing is the type of fish I wanna keep in this tank dont need RO water so its just gonna be sat around doing nothing. So I was thinking of selling it on but dont know the value of a system like this?

Any ideas what its worth?

Around £60 second hand, even if not used.

check out prices on ro-man filters, will give you an idea.

You do realize that if the unit was used and then the RO membrane was allowed to dry out, it will more than likely need to be replaced for the unit to function properly?

I dont know anything about RO systems hence this thread Say around £50 for the unit and a new membrane, still works out a lot cheaper than buying new so should be easy enough to sell on.
