Rescued Tiger Barb

The whole story is in the discussion area but he was rescued from an ice cream tub in a garage for being there over a week with 3 neon tetra.
He seems pretty healthy but is very jumpy, more tiger barbs isn't really an option for me would he be ok alone or deos he need a group?
Will happily rehome him if he needs some friends

tb's are very social fish & he will definately need friends, they should ideally be kept in a group of 6 min as otherwise they can be fin nippers & will pick on other fish and also their own kind if in a small group - the weakest will get bullied so more is always better. shame you're not in london as i would have given him a home with our 6 tb's.
