oh i just couldnt help myself!!!! about 2 months ago went into a lfs and saw a very lonely looking leopard danio swimming around in a tank all by herself, thought oh what a shame & if it hadnt been for the fact i was completely laden with shopping bags & had to get the tube (underground train),i would have taken her home.........
well went back today & there was the same little girl still swimming around by herself in an empty tank. it had to be done!!!! well 2 tube stops later, shes now swimming around in her new home with all her new mates looking much happier
now i know i should have quarantined her but we dont have a heater for our mini tank, i had a good look & she looks healthy so fingers crossed. i did put some melafix in the tank & will keep a close eye on her for a while. but i do feel good for 'rescuing her' (bloody softy i know)
