My local pets at home has always interrogated me on my current set up and seems to care for its small selection of fish very well.

I'd go fancy every time. It's about the fish you want - you'll love it better if you love the look of it

It would probably be a pets at home store that I'd get one from. I've been asked about my setup too in the past - only thing is that their 10L per goldfish policy worries me slightly. I guess they would try to find them a suitable home, though. Alternatively, there is a small local setup that I could look at which I find doesn't always ask about tanks - it appears to depend which sales assistant you talk to.
