*sigh* no....please, please read my posts above.

Water parameters are *fine*

Ammonia: 0
Nitrite: 0
Nitrate: small but safe amt.

I have been doing 50% water changes *DAILY*

Sorry Buglet, usually when people say their parameters are "fine" they really aren't, until i see actual numbers i assume otherwise, no offense.

I don't have any more advice then the ppl above but I can sympathize with you. I saved a betta before he was in really bad water and had bad fin rot so I bought him because I know most people just let the sick fish die. Not that I think every one should just buy sick fish but I was feeling nice that day. He is doing fine now not a prize fish but a good pet. I'm happy there are other suckers out there other than me trying to save dieing fish Good Luck.
