Replacement Tube

I have a marina 95l tank. I have the standard glo tube that comes with the tank. I am looking to upgrade the tube for a slightly brighter tube. Can anyone recommend a tube for this canopy??

can you  add a reflector ?

Is a reflector like foil or white paper behind the tube? If so, there is some running the length of the canopy.
