I have been feeding my fishes Repashy Community Plus a few times a week. My fishes enjoy it. Today I tried Repashy Grub Pie. Feeding frenzy ensued. The various cichlids loved this insect mixture. Two thumbs up.

Do you mix it up fresh each day. I used Soylent Green with my shrimp while I had them, but they seemed to prefer eating biofilm in the tank.

I refrigerate it after I make it up. I keep refrigerated for up to a week.

Cool, I may try that next time I need to order Repashy. I freeze my Soylent Green Repashy in small dishes or bags & thaw for less than a week's worth. I had it grow moldy after a week or so :(

I am a fan or Repashy foods. I use several of them and often make a mix of 2 or 3. I batch them to create a supply for severl months. I make it in a smaller size casserole type dish. I let it gel and cool, run a knived around the edge and turnthe casserole over ad the slab falls out. Some time it needs a bit of coaxing.

I then cut the slab into smaller blocks which I wrap individually in wax paper. I freeze most of the block in a big enough baggie and then put one ot two into a smaller baggie in the fridge from where i feed. I can cut an individual block in any size piece I might need. I like to use a number of smaller pieces I spread out in a tank. I feel this makes it easier for fish to find food and less onclined to end up in a brawl for it.

According to Allen Repashy we can treat the food in the fidge in a similar fashion as we treat out own food. It can be good for one or two weeks. If I see I bit of white mold I may just slice it off and then feed the clean part. But if the mold is all over it, then it garbage. The stuff in the freezer is good there for up to six months.

I feed Reoashy to my plecos, corys, clown and sidthimunki loaches and to my shrimp. AT my peak I used: Spawn & Grow, Bottom Scratcher, Soitent Green and Igapo Explorer (previously called Fruut Luups), I have not sed the Igapo in sosme time but my clown loaches loved it and would be shreeding it before it hit the bottom of their 150 gal. tank,

I feed my Neocaridina davidi the soilent green and my assassin snails will swarm it as well. Amano shrimp will also pick at it and if the piece is small enough they will pick it up and swim away with it.
